Valance progress and lighting

I’ve been busy the last few days working on the valance. I painted the underside blue to better blend with the backdrop band. The look is much more appealing to me. Because I’ve run out of OSB, I’ve moved onto testing the LED strip lighting. The strips are stapled to the OSB because I don’t trust the self adhesive backing on the strip. There are 2 rows of strips near the front of the valance. I am quite pleased with the outcome. The lighting is bright and even. What a change from the fluorescent fixtures I’ve used for decades. Next, I have to work on the fascia. Stay tuned.
